Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Livebooost ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Livebooost at livebooost.com and our related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide: your username, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you register.

Information from Google Sign-In: if you register or sign in using "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture with us. We never receive your Google password.

Wallet and transaction data: your prepaid wallet balance, deposits, purchases, orders, and the associated records — amounts, references, timestamps, and status.

Order and service data: the virtual numbers, boosting orders, accounts, or digital items you purchase, and the details needed to deliver them.

Technical and usage data: your IP address, device and browser type, and server log data used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Browser storage: we use essential local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme and display currency. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

2. How we use your information

Create and authenticate your account, including sign-in via Google.

Provide the service: process deposits, purchases, and orders, and deliver the services you buy.

Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.

Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Google user data

The name, email address, and profile picture we receive through Google Sign-In are used solely to create your Livebooost account, sign you in, and communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving personalized or targeted advertising, for determining credit-worthiness or for any lending purposes, for data brokering, or to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and request deletion of the associated data as described in section 5.

4. How we share information

Payment processors: to process deposits and payouts. Card details are handled by the processor — we do not store card numbers.

Service suppliers: upstream providers of virtual numbers and social-media boosting receive only the minimum data needed to fulfil your specific order.

Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Livebooost, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and transaction records while your account is active and for as long as required for legal, tax, and anti-fraud purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data — including data obtained via Google Sign-In — by emailing support@livebooost.com. We will delete it, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with the law.

6. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes (bcrypt), all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, application secrets are stored securely, and payment card data is handled by our payment processors — we do not store card numbers.

7. Your rights and choices

You can access, update, or correct your account details from your profile at any time.

You can request account and data deletion (section 5) and revoke Google access (section 3).

You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.

8. International processing

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country. We take steps to protect it consistent with this policy wherever it is processed.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
